My name is Bertram Wooster. Everyone calls me Bertie. This is my web site. I am a West Highland White Terrier. I am four years old. I have a dad. I love him. His name is "Dad," but people call him "Joseph" and the name on his mail is Joseph Crisalli. He adopted me and gave me my name. I am named after some British guy that had a butler. From what I understand, they used to sing a lot. I like my name.
My name wasn't always Bertie. I don't remember what it was before. I come from Oklahoma where I used to live in a chicken coop. But, now I live in a real house in Texas. It's my house. But, I let dad live here, too, because he keeps it clean. My dad loves me and he gives me lots of toys and cookies to eat. We go lots of places and see lots of people who like me. I'll tell you all about my friends soon.
I especially like my grandma and grandpa. I think they're my dad's mom and dad. They don't live with us. They live in another house. That's my house, too. I go there on Sundays.
My dad told me I could have my own web site. He said he would make it for me and help me type what I wanted to say. There's a lot I want to say. I especially want to say how important it is to adopt doggies like me. My dad agrees. He said he'd help me tell people how important it is to adopt doggies.
So, how will we do that?
Over the next few weeks, we're going to post lots of pictures of me and a story about my life that my dad helped me write. He does stuff like that anyway. He says that's what he does to pay something called bills. I don't know what that means. But, that's what we're going to do here. And, we're also going to have links to places where you could adopt an orphan doggy, too.
I'm very happy to have my own web site. Right now, I have to go watch "The Golden Girls." It's my favorite show. While I watch TV, why don't you read Chapter 1 of my story.
Have a great day!
